On 27th April 2022, we will host a private breakfast for our Business Network with Rt Hon Therese Coffey MP, Secretary of State for Work and Pensions.
As ever for our Business Network events, it will be an opportunity to bring together policymakers and business leaders to consider the future of work in the UK. We will explore how we can support more people into employment and tackle the high levels of economic inactivity that have persisted post-covid. We will discuss how to balance the desire of workers for more flexibility and security with the need for firms to compete in a challenging business environment. And we will consider what an ageing population means for how employees can retire with confidence.
