Extending auto-enrollment would help individuals and their families to save for the future, and generate billions in capital (and trillions over the long term) for pension funds to deploy towards infrastructure, housing and other investments central to the Levelling Up agenda.
This private roundtable will bring together senior policymakers, industry professionals and members of parliament to discuss extending automatic pension enrolment to all jobholders aged at least 18, alongside removing the lower qualifying earnings threshold.
